By purchasing a reading, you agree to this Refund Policy, which forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

All purchases of Cosmic Blueprint Readings are final and non-refundable due to the personalized, immediate, and digital nature of the content. Once payment is processed, generation begins promptly (typically within minutes), and access is provided instantly.

We do not offer refunds for:

3. Exceptions

We will investigate promptly and may request verification. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may offer a replacement reading instead of a refund where appropriate.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider (e.g., credit card issuer or Stripe) without first contacting us is considered a breach of this policy and our Terms and Conditions. For valid purchases that have been successfully delivered and accessible, chargebacks will result in immediate and permanent revocation of access to the reading, your account, and any related content.

We encourage you to reach out to us directly first so we can resolve any issues amicably. Unwarranted chargebacks may incur additional administrative fees that we reserve the right to recover.
